Description

An exceptional quality 19th Century pollard oak and ebonised library / sofa table by H.Ogden of Manchester, having a fabulous figured shaped top with an ebonised moulded edge, two mahogany lined frieze drawers below with stylised moulding on the drawer fronts which are also on the sides of the table, raised on decorative shaped end supports flanked by reeded tapering columns and terminating on scrolled feet. Circa 1880.
