Edward Heaton 19th Century Original Oil On Canvas, Highland Cattle, Signed.
£595 $781 €711
A 19th Century oil on Canvas by Edward Heaton estimated to be around 1850, signed at the bottom left of the canvas. Heaton did a number of these scenes including Highland cattle grazing in the glen, surrounded by river and mountains, other examples are easy to find on the internet by searching the artist. The condition of the painting is good, but it would no doubt benefit from a professional clean or restoration due to age. The frame is included, but is provided free of charge, and is not part of the sale, it would require a small amount of restoration or it could be changed.
Please study the pictures carefully to ascertain the condition, they provide the main part of the description. If you have any questions or require further photos please don''t hesitate to ask.
