This is a beautiful antique early Victorian solid sterling silver tray/salver measuring 12 1/2” (32 cms) across the widest part.
It’s hallmarked for London 1848 with the silversmiths mark for Charles Reily & George Storer and is in excellent condition.
It has super engraved decoration with the Latin motto in the centre ''Dum Spiro Spero'' which means '' While I breathe, I hope''.
It sits on three decorative feet, weighs 759.4 grams / 24.4 troy oz. and will come with a certificate of authenticity
