A Fine Anglo-chinese Huanghuali and Padouk Bureau

Description

We are proud to offer to you this most Stunning 18th Century Padouk Bureau.

The hinged sloping front opening to reveal arched pigeon holes and sliding drawers with fronted concealed sliding drawers.

The lower edge of the fall with detachable book-rest.

The central interior section pulls out to reveal four secret sliding drawers to the rear of the bureau. A sliding base revealing a well.

Fitted Green Writing Leather.

The front with two long and two shorter drawers. Flanked at the top by pull out supports for the hinged cover.

The top framed by fine moulded edges.

All raised on bracket feet.

Paktong carrying handles to the sides.

Plate Handles in Brass and Escutcheons with working Keys throughout.

Dimensions are 22 1/2 inches Deep. 38.5 inches Wides and 40 inches Tall.

Delivery within the Uk is included in the asking Price.
