The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The movement is signed with the Record Watch Company name. There appears to be an empty screw hole to the edge of the movement but the screw is in place, it is just the head that is missing but it does not affect anything.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated. There is some scratching to the side of the case, to the side of the winding stem, where it has been opened in the past.

The inside of the case back is inscribed ‘A R Sands, 10 8 24’.
The glass lens is in lovely condition.
The signed double sunk dial has Breguet style hands with a blued steel finish, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
