Description

A rare pair of William IV Rosewood country house sofas. These beautiful proportioned sofas retaining the original horse hair. Having buttoned backs with down cushion seats and gently scrolled arms. The whole raised on 4 turned rosewood legs with the original oversized high quality gilt lacquered brass castors. Superb quality and condition throughout. In the manner of Holland & Sons, English, Circa 1840.
