18th Century Chinese Painting On Silk - Qianlong Period (1735 - 1796)

Here is a superb Chinese fan design painted on silk dating from the Qianlong period (Emperor Qianlong 1735 - 1796), in excellent condition, with a red seal mark and script to the left hand side.
 
Depicting the deity of longevity up in the clouds with lively boys and ribbons, the inscription reads -

Created as a design for a fan, it is such a joyful painting, wonderfully executed and has remained bright and vibrant. 
 
The painting measures 43cm by 22cm and comes presented in a later vintage frame.
