Antique Victorian 15ct Gold Seed Pearl Buckle Pendant Brooch Necklace - C.1890

We are delighted to offer this lovely antique 15ct gold buckle-shaped pendant/brooch made in the Victorian era c.1890.

Distinguished in style, this pendant has a lovely Victorian flair with a novelty design of a buckle.

The gold setting has been wonderfully crafted and very intricately decorated with seed pearls, all sitting in a very fine gold mount. The pendant features a bale, which allows this to be worn as a necklace or, by using the pin at the back, as a brooch.

Overall, a superb and versatile piece of Victorian jewellery with all the finest elements of intricacy and design in a compact form factor.

The pendant is unmarked as is common with such articles of the Victorian period and as such we have fully tested for 15ct gold.
