A really charming 19thc oil on canvas of a young boy with a bird on a lead, a cat and a bird cage.

This painting which is on canvas is 79cms h by 68cms w including its giltwood frame.

The signature is V k hardi

We are dating this as around 1880.

It is perfect with no tears or problems. The cat looks angry!!

It has hung in the family home for years ,
