A gorgeous vintage nine-carat gold necklace set riviere style with 15 glittering deep red wine-coloured garnets. Unmarked but estimated to date from mid 20th century.

In excellent vintage condition, with a secure box clasp.

Length: Just under 16 inches (approx 40cm).

Size: The gem-set front section is 12cm wide. Each garnet is unique in shape and size, which gives the necklace a lovely handmade feel. The stones vary from approximately 6 x 7mm to 8 x 11mm.

Weight: 10.5g.
