Edwardian Large Horn Snuff Mull, Wm Duningham (Aberdeen) 1907

Description

An unusually large antique Scottish Provincial silver table snuff mull. Made in Aberdeen by William Duningham in 1907 and hallmarked in Edinburgh. It has a silver lid with an inset citrine and cast with thistles. The stand has an inscribed shield " To Alex Murray Esq., from, The Executive, Aberdeen Highland Association, April 1909". It sits on three horn feet and has a full set of Edinburgh on the top. A very collectable piece of Scottish silver.
