A very fine Chamberlain Worcester tureen and cover c.1815-1820 made for Charles Douglas, 6th Marquess of Queensberry, KT (March 1777 – 3 December 1837). Decorated in in pattern 298 imari style of the Yeo service, the Queensberry crest at the front with a coronet and a crown, a heart and two wings, with the word ''FORWARD'' in a ribbon.
