Introducing an Irish 5ft all-iron king size bed with attractive central Brass detail. where pleasingly simple flowing lines and decorative castings create a truly lovely bed, perfect for smaller rooms

With a keen eye for quality, every joint has been carefully inspected for good fit, while the rails have been adapted to support wood slats and accommodate a modern king size mattress measuring 150cm x 200cm.

The frame has been restored, ensuring its sturdiness and durability and undergone a thorough shot blasting process prior to being hand-finished in Jet-Black paint from Little Greene Paint Company.

Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” or 4” deep upholstered boxed base – Bed photographed on 2” bed base. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices from. Please ask for details and prices or look at base and mattress section of our own web site.

Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 30 years. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested.

We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol.
