Description

A rare late 18th Century adjustable dish cross. Dating to c1780-1800 and made of Old Sheffield Plate. Featuring a removable central lid, which allows a heating block or coals to be inserted. With very highly stylised feet.

The condition is very good overall with no dents or splits with only very minor signs of copper bleed to the raised edges.
