Victorian 2.65 Carat Emerald Solitaire Ring, Circa 1900

Description

An awesome antique emerald ring. The glowing centre stone displays an almost otherworldly vivid green, and sits nice and low to the ring in an unfussy eight-claw collet. The wide, rose gold shoulders show faded ornate etched detailing, and taper to a slim D-shaped shank. A ring of real class.

Accompanied by a report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the emerald has only received moderate clarity enhancement.

Cut – Oval.

Clarity – Some visible inclusions, which is normal and expected in emeralds.

Carat – 2.65.

Circa – 1900.

Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The emerald is 10.3 x 8.6mm. Sits 4.4mm from the finger.

Metal – 15k rose gold. Tested.
