Poirot Art Deco has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The carving knife marked, ‘Hallsign J.Hurst & Co, cutlers Sheffield’ and the carving fork marked, ‘Stainless Plate. Forged Steel’. The rectangular box, in a brown crocodile skin effect and a purple silk interior lining.
The carving set in excellent condition and the box in very good condition.
