Rare Pair of 19thc Carved Welsh Love Spoon and Fork Dated 1882

Description

A rare opportunity to buy an ultra rare pair of welsh love spoon and fork dated 1882 and each is marvellously carved out of 1 piece of yew wood.

They are in wonderful original condition and the carving is intricate and wonderful.

It is very difficult to explain how intricate the carving is.

They measure just over 30cms l/12"

An identical spoon carved by the same hand is held in the national museum of wales.

They both celebrate the marriage of
