A large hand painted blush ivory figurine depicting a boy sitting in a tree.

Decorated in Blush Ivory and Old Ivory with painted highlights, modelled by James Hadley with a boy in the Kate Greenaway style.

Designed by James Hadley and signed on the side of the base. See Incised and Impressed markings on the underside of the base with a printed company mark along with a date code that indicates they were made circa 1889.
