A handsome antique Victorian pierced brass wall mirror or girandole made by William Tonks & Son with a design registration for 1880. Good quality with its original bevelled mirror plate surrounded by very decorative, intricately pierced, shaped frame, with two removable candle sconces. Inscribed on the back W.T. & S. The initials of William Tonks and Sons, a very respected company that operated in the 19th century. This mirror would look great in a hall or could work well in a bathroom.
