This is a superb, all-original early 19th-century Regency Period Smooth-Bore Percussion Cap Pistol made By the world-renowned British arms manufacturers of A. W. Spires.

The exceptional quality piece dates from the Regency Period (circa 1830) and it is adorned with the original intricately engraved brass mounts, together with the original loading rod, the original stock and hammer, and the original brass trigger guard.

Of a magnificent colouration and patina, this fine quality piece is also signed/stamped with the gilt embossed AF trade mark.
