A large and imposing George III, Sheraton period, inlaid mahogany sideboard. Of generous proportions and of break-fronted form. Very well constructed in solid mahogany with attractive mahogany veneers and embellished with boxwood stringing inlay throughout. The superstructure with 3 tambour fronted cupboards. The main body of the sideboard with an arrangement of end cupboards and drawers flanking a long central drawer over a tambour fronted cupboard. All end cupboards and drawers are lockable (keys supplied). All standing on elegant tapering legs with carved capitols and collars. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops to a very high standard. Now offered for sale in excellent condition with a rich colour and good patina.
