Set of 6 period mahogany Hepplewhite dining chairs with finely carved detail all in excellent used antique condition all joints are solid. The chairs retain original polished and waxed finish. I have carried out light repairs including securing the loose arms. Cleaned and waxed to warm glow finish. The seats need recovering the leather has perished. Images of the seat frames show historic repairs mainly additional bracing adding strength to the chairs. Historic dead wood worm to seat frames images shows this clearly not uncommon on chairs of this age.
