A FINE 19thc BRIGHTON BEACH PROPRIETARY DRAWING BY T. V Eckenbrecher (1842-1921)
Brief Description:
This is an exceptionally fine quality and fastidiously detailed original late 19th-century Monotone Pen & Ink Propriety drawing depicting a bustling Brighton Beach during the Victorian era.
The all-original and immaculately presented work was executed by the renowned listed German artist Themistokles Von Eckenbrecher (1842-1921).
The exquisite image portrays a very busy Brighton beach, with many fishing trawlers and travelling folks who are enjoying the day with family and friends.
In the distance, large Victorian buildings and the old Brighton Pier can be seen.
The attention to detail throughout this relatively small drawing is quite exceptional and it appears to show something new each time it is viewed.
The piece is ''''Immaculately'''' presented and it is mounted within the equally impressive original outstanding quality solid Walnut glazed and reeded frame.
