Dainty dormeuses earrings from the 19th century in slightly rosy nine-carat gold. Each earring is a miniature work of art, with a tiny yellow-gold leaf, sinuous plant stems and gleaming baby seed pearl.

• Condition: In excellent antique condition.

• Fixing: Front fastening wires.

• Hallmark/stamp: Illegible hallmarks.

• Era: Victorian/Art Nouveau.

• Size: Approx 1.4cm from the top of the ear wire, the ovals measure 0.6 x 0.8cm.
