Art Deco 0.70 Carat Diamond & 0.60 Carat Emerald Trilogy Ring, Circa 1935

1920 - 1940
Description

A beautiful emerald and diamond three stone ring. The old mine cut diamond in the centre is bright, internally clean, and full of sparkle. The stone is secured in an eight-claw coronet collet and is flanked by a pair of bright, vivid green emeralds also secured in eight-claw coronet collets. Six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds are set in the long, tear-shaped shoulders, to a slender D-shaped shank.

Accompanied by an independent jewellery report from IGR (#30310468).

Cut – Old mine cut diamond and cushion cut emeralds. The diamonds in the shoulders are eight-cuts.

Colour – The centre diamond is J. The diamonds in the shoulders are F to G.

Clarity – The centre diamond is VS2. The diamonds in the shoulders are SI1 to I1. The emeralds are eye clean.

Carat – The centre diamond is approximately 0.70 carat. Each emerald is approximately 0.30 carat. A further approximate 0.06 carat of diamond in the shoulders.

Circa – 1935.

Measurements – From the outer edge of one emerald to the other is 15mm. The ring is 5.7mm at the widest point and sits 5.9mm from the finger.

Size – P (UK) or 7.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Metal – Stamped 18CT, indicating 18k white gold, and tests as such.
