1953 Longines 'Honeycomb Dial' Wristwatch

Description

A 1953 Longines gold filled wristwatch. A well shaped case with curved lugs and a stepped design 'bezel'. A rare dial design, with a 'honeycomb' finish and an applied gilt Longines logo. Arabic numerals to the quarters and arrowhead markers to the rest. A screw down stainless steel case back. A 17 jewel manual wind caliber 23 ZS mechanism. Case ref 6246. Serial numbers date this watch to 1953.
