A very rare piece of Scottish Provincial Silver, made in Iona by Alexander Ritchie around 1910. A beautifully made silver bookmarker in the form of a celtic sword. It is marked " AR" and "IONA". Alexander and his wife Euphemia lived and worked on the island of Iona which is famous for its religious heritage. The marker is in excellent condition with no damage. A very collectable piece of Ritchie silver.
