A Handsome 18th Century Silver Soup Ladle

A handsome and good sized silver soup ladle from the 18th Century. This splendid example is in Old English pattern and has a fine armorial to the top front, featuring an armored figure holding a pike. It has a long elegant handle and a rounded bowl. With so much flatware now melted for scrap, this is a desirable find with a practical use. (Would also serve well as a punch ladle). Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. There are a couple of dimples to the bowl, commensurate with age and use.
