Description

A large and impressive sterling silver and glass spirit flask with a very tactile leather covering. The detachable beaker is a good size and fits tightly making it perfect to take out for the day. It really has a pleasing feel to handle being so much larger than your standard size hip flask. It comes complete in its original Harrods retailers box.
Fully hallmarked Sterling silver to the lid and Beaker, Sheffield 1959.
Makers mark of James Dixon & Sons Ltd.
It is in an excellent condition being free from any repairs or damage.
The glass is damage free.
The beaker has some very light surface wear that is noticeable on a close inspection.
The leather covering is in good order with no areas where it is coming away from the glass. Some light staining to one side of the leather.
The lid twists and secures tightly, the cork is in good order.
The inside is clean and in good order.

485 grams.
A superb hip flask of a large size that appears to have seen very little use, if any.
