Description

Stunning Antique Giltwood Overmantel Mirror, dating from 1830/40.
Frame retaining it's original water-gilding in wonderful overall condition, lovely contrast between the burnished and matt gold leaf.
Original mercury silvered mirror plate with only very light foxing, overall condition is excellent.
Original backing board.
Sizes 151.5 cm max width, 125 cm tall, 141.5cm main frame width.
