Description

An unusual Irish armchair circa 1780. With beautiful outswept arms and wide seat. The seat is in excellent condition having been re-webbed and re-covered. Although showing minor, old signs of worm (long dead), which is not unusual in a walnut chair of this age and some historic repairs which do not detract, this is still a good solid chair full of character. Could be used as an office chair or would grace any other room of the house.
