A late 19th.C. pine and oat straw Orkney chair having a curved straw back with open arms. The solid pine seat having a drawer to the base which is less common. The chair has had a busy life with signs of wear which adds to its character. In good useable condition with signs of wear to the straw back and stains to the woodwork associated with age and use.
