A lovely oval hallmarked silver Snuff Box with hinged lid, that opens to expose its plain silver gilt interior, by George Unite, Birmingham. Hallmarked 1867.

The outer surface is extensively decorated with a scalloped edge, foliate designs to top surrounding a plain cartouche. The bottom and sides are decorated across the whole surface, again with a foliate design. The clip fastener top the front is enhanced foliage design and works perfectly.
