A George III Burr Elm Chest Of Drawers With Brushing Slide

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Buckingham Interiors

This fabulous 18th century Georgian English chest of drawers is simply a beautiful piece of antique furniture, whilst also of course being incredibly practical and functional for modern day living.

Of typical form for a mid 18th century Georgian chest it has been constructed using the most wonderful, rare burr elm veneers which have superb definition to their figuring and now retain a wonderful rich, warm colour and patina.

Circa 1760
