A bold and impressive Regency period rosewood chiffonier in the manner of George Bullock. Very well constructed in solid rosewood and rosewood veneers with beautiful graining. The super structure supported by scrolling S shape supports and surmounted with a pierced brass fretwork gallery. The mirror back shows some minor imperfections. The base section with a pair of doors opening to reveal an interior with adjustable shelving. The doors are fitted with pleated silk panels to the outside. The doors are flanked by a bold pilasters fitted with ornate and impressive solid brass mounts. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a very good colour and patina.
