Regency Period Flame-mahogany Cylindrical Bedside Cupboard

Description

A good Regency period flame-mahogany cylindrical bedside Cupboard on a circular base with a white marble top (diameter 39 cm).

The cupboard opens by means of the turned mahogany knob to reveal a solid shelf inside and ample full-height storage space. The white marble top is attached to the top and the whole unit is supported on an intergal circular plinth base.

Dimensions: Height: 73 cm.  Diameter: 39 cm

Dated: c.1825-35

We have a similar cyclindrical mahogany bedside table, not identical, it has an octagonal base and a different marble top configuration. But same price and came to us as a "near pair". An image is attached here for information only. Please contact us if you wish to buy both together.
