Description

Antique silver Hebdomas Patent pocket watch, 1915.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 47mm diameter excluding the winding stem and loop. The case is silver and is hallmarked inside the case back for London (import mark), 1915, together with a sponsor’s mark for the importer of gold and silver watches George Guillaume Gautschi trading as De Pury, Gautschi & Co. The case is nicely decorated and in good condition, just fairly gentle unevenness to the back.

The watch glass has a few minor marks but very acceptable.

The signed dial has a hairline crack on the right, about 1.5cm long, but it is faint. Otherwise, the dial is in lovely condition. Exposed balance and regulator synonymous with Hebdomas.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
