A wonderful antique George VI sterling silver six-piece condiment set which consists of two mustard pots, two peppers and two salts. This unusual condiment set has been made in the melon shape design with plain shaped bodies, original spoons and blue glass liners for the mustard pots and salts. The mustard pots are particularly attractive with hinged lids and leaf capped handles and the whole set sits comfortably in a fitted box. The condition is excellent and this set would look appealing on the table.
Height of each mustard: 6.3 cms (2.5'')
Height of each pepper: 8.2 cms (3.2'')
Height of each salt: 4.4 cms (1.7'')
Weight (without the liners): 13.3 troy ounces (415 grams)
It was hallmarked in Birmingham for 1938 by Adie Brothers.
Complimentary postage is included within the price of this condiment set.
