An excellent quality mid-Victorian solid rosewood library ARMCHAIR in superb original condition.

In a classic design with a gentle and sparingly carved show-wood frame around the back; elegant arms and supported with short cabriole legs terminating in the full set of four original brass castors. A charming and practical, recently re-upholstered, armchair.

Dated: c.1845-55
