A smart and elegant English solid / sterling silver photograph frame with an attractive engine-turned decorative finish with a vacant oval cartouche to the top.

The backing is made from solid English Oak incorporating a folding easel stand.

The silver is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1922, a true antique example. The maker's mark for Sanders & Mackenzie.

Excellent condition measuring 8" x 5" x 3/4" with a glazed aperture measuring 6 7/8" x 4 3/8".
