Description

From Orleans, France the working mechanism on this 19th century serving table allows it to be used as a 3-tier table, or as a 2-tier table; there are brass buttons on the inside of the struts. When pressed the required height position can be secured in place.

At one time it could have been used as a single top table but sadly the pulley mechanism to raise up the bottom tier is no longer in working order.
