An Edwardian Silver 'Good Luck' Horseshoe Pin Cushion

Description

A charming and rare example of Edwardian novelty sewing ware. This is a lovely silver pincushion in the form of a 'good luck' horseshoe. The cushion pad is red plush and the top is mounted with hallmarked silver. The base is weighted for stability and covered in faux leather. A wonderful and unusual collector's piece, with a practical use. Dimensions below.
