An excellent George III silver gilt snuff box. Made in London in 1786 by William Plummer. The box is gilded inside and has a full set of hallmarks. The nine part hinge is tight and the lid fits well. There is stunningly good engine turning on all sides as well a domed cameo style carving on the top.The box is in wonderful condition and would be a great addition to any collection.
