A nice clock by Palmer & Co. of Great Portland Street, London. The case is an attractive faded mahogany with a key locking lower door as well as a side door held by a latch. The 12 inch dial is a light cream, with Roman numerals and the makers name in the centre. Housing a high quality fusee movement which will run for 8 days on a full wind. Probably dating to around the turn of the century, perhaps slightly later.
