A Fabulous Edwardian Silver & Tortoiseshell Page Turner

A fabulous silver handled page turner, dating from the elegant Edwardian period. This superb example has s stunning hallmarked handle , featuring flowers, leaves and buds.The blade is a beautifully figured tortoiseshell, with a shaped tip. A delightful and useful item, with an alternative use as a large letter opener or paper knife. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no splits, cracks or losses to the handle or blade. There is a small bruise to the top of the handle, commensurate with age and use.
