The cushion cut sapphire in the centre – certified as natural, unheated or originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) displays a bright cornflower blue. The centre is an eight-claw platinum coronet collet and is flanked on either side by a pair of high quality old mine cut diamonds, each weighing over half a carat, in four-claw platinum collets, leading to a slim and tapering 18k white gold shank.
