An Elegant rosewood and leather arm chair. Dating from the second quarter of the 19th century, the chair stands on swept legs which are united by a carved patera and with beautifully shaped original castors. The scroll padded arms accentuate the lovely shape of the chair which is in very good and original condition, has a good mellow colour and is very comfortable. 890mm high, 650mm wide, 910mm deep and 430mm seat height. English. Circa 1840.
