Superb Antique 19th Century Biedermeier Mahogany Large Wardrobe C1860

Superb 19TH Century Biedermeier Mahogany Large Wardrobe Armoire and dating from around 1860. Constructed from quality mahogany as would be expected from Biedermeier it has a moulded cornice with deep cross banded frieze above two full length flamed mahogany doors set within deep moulded frames and with Mother of Pearl escutcheons. Internally it is all hanging with brass rail. To the base there is a large cushion fronted long drawer with brass escutcheon. It is raised on bracket feet joined by a shaped frieze. A superb Biedermeier wardrobe in very good Condition,it also dismantles.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
