Wonderfull 19th century Italian marquetry chest or commode raised on these fabulous mythical beasts. The whole piece inlaid with various hunting scenes and marquetry panels.

Very decorative piece in good condition, having aged gracefully.

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
