C1800 ,full period with no repairs additions etc.
Note the dovetails joining the top to the sides ,gillows quality and full period.
They have a maker,s stamp on the inside stanchion we are currently researching . The stamp is r revill.
We think he worked out of southwell notts around the date of the shelves.
The colour is mellow they are made of mahogany which has gently faded over the last 200 plus years.classic "country house"
Measuring 76cms h ,66cms wide and 12cms deep they will fit into many decorative spaces.
